It depletes the body of vitamins and minerals, creates an acid pH, and feeds Candida and Cancer. White sugar helps rot your teeth, deplete your body and make you an imbalanced person. Alternative healthy sweets would be Stevia, Maple Syrup, Honey or Sucanant (dehydrated cane juice).

The least known stimulant is called MSG. It is hidden in processed foods and called by different names: Monopotassium Glutamate, Hydrolyzed Protein any and all, Yeast Food, Gelatin, Yeast Extract, Yeast Nutrient, Sodium Caseinate, Textured protein, Autolyzed Yeast, Natural Flavoring and many other names. If you can't get through the day without eating processed junk foods you may be dependant on them because your body cannot produce energy the healthy way. MSG is a neuro-toxin and over excites brain cells causing them to die. Remember the movie Super Size Me? That's the documentary where Morgan Spurlock eats exclusively at McDonalds for 30 days. His liver enzymes went very high, his LDL cholesterol went very high and his doctor began to fear for his life. He became depressed and experienced temporary mood elevation right after eating McDonald's food. This was the MSG acting to lift his mood while it killed more brain cells. He gained a lot of fat weight in 30 days and it took several months to lose it and regain his health. So when it comes to those barbeque sauce covered ribs or batter fried chicken that tastes so good,  the taste your loving is MSG and you're going to pay a price of increased tendency to being fat and killing brain cells with each bite you take.

The name silver fillings imply that the metal in the filling is just harmless silver but did you know that over 50% of the metal content is really mercury? Therefore it should honestly be called a mercury filling. Mercury off gases from the tooth as a vapor 24 hrs a day, day in and day out, year after year for the entire time it is in your mouth. The adrenals are right above the kidneys so whatever mercury made its way into the adrenals will cause a corresponding drop in adrenal function as well. Mercury stops the tissues in which it is deposited from making enzymes. Without enzymes you cannot convert cholesterol into Pregnenolone, DHEA, Progesterone, Estrogen or Testosterone. Without Enzymes in the Adrenals you cannot make epinephrine and nor epinephrine, aldosterone or the other adrenal hormones. That's why the majority of people feels so tired and run down all the time .

How Many Mercury Fillings Can Make You Sick?

Whether you've had one filling or a mouth full you have mercury toxicity and it will stay in your body the rest of your life until you go after that mercury with an effective chelating agent. A chelating agent will combine itself with the toxic metal or chemical and remove it from the tissues. The problem with most chelating agents is that they are very weak and do not pull much out or they are damaging to the kidneys. It is called a heavy metal because of its molecular weight…it's heavy and toxic to the body. The body does not want to let go of it because it wants to protect the vital organs, like the heart and brain from damage, by storing it in the tissues. So it is only willing to let go of it when its toxicity can be neutralized by a chelating agent. At age 15 and ½ I was given 2 mercury fillings at once. After which I got very sick and was put on antibiotics for 20 days. It is now known that when you wipe out the beneficial bacteria in the gut with antibiotics and you have mercury fillings then the mercury will be absorbed in much higher amounts. The effect this had on my intestines was all the mercury that got absorbed into my intestinal wall killing a lot of nerves. I lost normal peristalsis and became chronically constipated. No amount of fiber, laxatives or intestinal cleansing healed the problem. Until 24 years later when I completed 9 months of mercury detoxification.
