Medical History of Cerebral Palsy patient Mr. Alex Shalita.

Mr. Alex Shalita was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy when he was 6 months old. His parents tried to treat Alex in many medical institutions, and hospitals in Russia without any positive results. They decided to immigrate to the USA to find proper treatment and care for Alex. Within 15 years of their life in the USA they approached many medical doctors and medical facilities without any positive results.

It is a general consensus in the Western medicine that Cerebral Palsy disease is not curable.
Alex Shalita is 28 years old. He began to ingest Activated water with Antiviral signature and Foot bath solution designed by Dr. Igor Smirnov 12 months ago.

Alex’s initial physiological state was as follows:

Uncontrolled trembling and tension of muscles of hands, feet, and head. His mobility was significantly limited. He could not walk and perform very simple physical exercises. His cognitive functions were extremely limited. He could not read, write, and calculate. He did not remember his address, phone number and names of his relatives.

Within 12 months of consuming of Activated water and performing Bath treatment Alex has a significant improvement of his cognitive and physical abilities. The first signs of improvement were observed after 3 months of treatment. The most significant improvement was noticed after 6 months of treatment. First sign of improvement was termination of uncontrolled trembling of his feet. He began to walk and perform movements with his feet much better. Then I noticed termination of uncontrolled trembling of his hands after 3 months of treatment. After 6 months I noticed progressive termination of uncontrolled movement of his head. His cognitive functions began to improve after 6 months of treatment. Now he can walk, run, perform physical exercises (swim, play basketball). He remembers his name, phone number, address. He began to write, read and perform some simple calculations.

I became acquainted with Dr. Smirnov on September 1998 while I was undergoing treatment at Cedars-Sinai Comprehensive Cancer Center in Los Angeles for metastasized naso-pharyngeal cancer. During two chemotherapy treatments in September and October, I drank water activated by Dr. Smirnov’s device mixed with an herbal additive also concocted by him. In addition, I took baths in water containing a liquid substance designed by him to help me detoxify my body. To my surprise, my blood counts never fell to their lowest levels and rebounded to pre-chemotherapy ones in two and three days respectively. This was highly unusual as my body typically took around eight days to two weeks to rebuild it’s immune system after receiving chemotherapy.

Since the end of November I have given up traditional cancer treatments and relied instead on drinking the specially activated water. At the beginning of January this year a CT scan of the chest revealed a small shrinkage of the tumor in the middle of my left lung. Another scan a month later also showed a continuing small shrinkage in the size of the tumor together with a noticeable reduction in the cancerous mass in the lining of the lung.

With this letter I would like to help you and your medicine to develop a better cure for cancer. My mother started drinking your liquids on the 8/10/97. Her symptoms were as following: rash in her right breast, swelled lymph node under her armpit and a swelled up right arm. Except from the biopsy we haven’t had any other results. While we wait for the medical insurance my mother has been taking your medicine 3 times a day, 7 drops. Her situation has gotten better, the dark red area has gotten lighter, the rash on her arm faded and the lymph node has gotten smaller. 9/17/97 (36 days after she started on your medication) her blood test was all right and the bone scan was normal. 9/24/97 she had started chemotherapy and has finished 3 out of 4 treatments. Because she is dealing with inflammatory cancer I have decided that she will stay on your medicine and on chemotherapy.

During last six years I was suffering from gastritis and the problems of the digestive tract (constipations). Clinical Observation by Peerayot Trongsawad, M.D. using MRET-activated water as additional treatment

The 1st case: Myocardial Infarction (MI)

A 61 years old nurse, name T.C., was diagnosed as MI for 20 years. She had been treated by cardiologist in the public hospital with full medication. In spite of the treatment, she had heart attack for a short period continuously and still had to take medicine everyday.

She started drinking MRET water in her daily life (the same volume as the ordinary water) since 20th April 2004. Within 2 months of drinking MRET water, she stopped suffering from heart attack. When she went back to see her doctor, the doctor indicated that she had recovered from Myocardial Infarct and been discharged from the Cardiac Clinic.

The clinical observation made : as TC drank the water that had been activated by the MRET process, the water possess the capacity to dissolve into hemoglobin, so hemoglobin became having more power enough for the tissues that lack of oxygen. Therefore, the cardiac tissue can get back or recover to normal status as usual.

The 2nd case: Parkinson’s disease

The male patient, name N.P., 65 years old, was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease for 8 years. All the time he had been treated by neurologist. His symptoms were difficulty in walking, tremor of both hands, masking face, no reaction to impulse, can’t speak loud noise and no more interest in himself.

After he had drunk MRET-activated water for 3 weeks, there were significant improvements: he can walk longer steps, speak louder, smile easily and no sign of stress on his face, spoke more clearly. He can now stroll along 2 kilometers of the pathway at Mt. Khao Hin-ngam, Chaiyaphum province, by himself.

The 3rd case: Psoriasis disease

The first patient is male, name Y.S., 53 years old, was diagnosed Psoriasis since he was a young boy and had been treated by the doctors in 3 medical school hospitals. He had the symptoms of red spots on his face, head, ears and all body to the feet. His nails on every finger became shorter and shorter. However, after he had drunk 1.5 liters of MRET-activated water per day for a week, he found that his symptom of itchiness had disappeared without taking medicine and the papule improved until the red spots disappeared. When he had drunk MRET water continuously for 2 months, he could stop the daily medicine that the doctor has prescribed, and 30% of red spot has become slightly Hyper-pigmentation.

The second patient is female, name B.P., 37 years old, was diagnosed as terminal AIDS, lung tuberculosis, active PCP and also Psoriasis all over her body. Her symptoms were the low fever in the afternoon and the evening, loss of appetite, look sick and pale, red face and red spot on skin, having white scale on all her body and feeling itchy all the time. After she had drunk 1.5 liters of MRET-activated water per day since 13th July 2004, 7 days later the symptom of itchiness had been disappeared, 40% of red spots has become the Hyper-pigmentation, the face looked fresher than before, getting no fever and she showed more confidence, in herself.

Conclusion

The clinical observations on the use of MRET-activated water as additional therapy to enhance the health, and in most instances, to alleviate patients form the suffering of their diseases had been very encouraging.
There is plan to do the Protocol in cooperation with the governmental and private institutions, in order to collect the data that may be useful for doctor and for all.
