The secret to looking beautiful and feeling healthy is in your hormone levels.The root of your beauty and health comes from your glands. Restoring hormone levels requires removing the interference to the glands such as physical can emotional toxins, heavy metals and infections. As well as feeding them exactly what they need. Since chronic illness typically leads to hormonal exhaustion, the next step is to identify and support the glands, which need more support to produce a sufficient amount of their hormones. Hormone deficiency is at the root of a lot of what ails anyone who does not feel and look his or her best. I will now cover the glands from head to toe. Pituitary/Hypothalamic Support In long-term chronic illness, the pituitary gland and its interactive pathways with the hypothalamus are often exhausted, which can lead to massive impairment of the body's hormone production. In these cases, many are non-responsive to any type of therapy since even the body's basic hormone pathways are “off line.” The pituitary gland is sometimes called the "master" gland of the endocrine system, because it controls the functions of nearly every other gland. The pituitary gland is no larger than a pea, and is located at the base of the brain. The gland is attached to the hypothalamus (a part of the brain that affects the pituitary gland) by nerve fibers. The pituitary gland itself consists of three sections that regulate growth hormone, stimulates milk production after giving birth, stimulates the adrenal glands, the thyroid gland, the ovaries and testes, creates the hormones that controls skin pigmentation, increases absorption of water into the blood by the kidneys and contracts the uterus during childbirth. When the pituitary is low one can feel weak, depressed and feel their mental functions to be slower overall. If they do these two things then they are a safe dentist to work with. Another contributing factor is fluoride from toothpaste and drinking water. Fluoride, contrary to popular misconception, is a major toxin and has been studied extensively and proven to cause brain damage. Please refer to the book “The Fluoride Deception”.
